INVITATION WorldHockey Youth Promoters Festival
Presentations Final Friday 6 August 2010

To: The Members of the Press, present at the ABN AMRO FIH Champions Trophy in Mönchengladbach
 

Dear Friends,

During the ABN AMRO FIH Champions Trophy in Mönchengladbach, the 5th WorldHockey Youth Promoters Festival (WHYPF) will take place at the Gladbacher Hockey & Tennis Club, adjacent to the tournament venue.

Close to 30 active young hockey leaders known as “Hockey Promoters” from 17 countries will gather in Mönchengladbach to be trained in youth leadership positions in the areas of coaching, umpiring, event organisation, media, fundraising and club development.

During the WHYPF the participants will have the opportunity of making a presentation, in which they can express their ideas on the promotion and development of hockey.

A jury will choose the 6 best presentations to go through to the final and the winner of the final round will be awarded the title of “WorldHockey Promoter 2010”.

We would like to invite you to this final, which takes place on Friday 6 August at the Gladbacher Hockey & Tennis Club. At 13.00 hours you will be welcome for “Kaffee und Brötchen”. The first presentation will start at 13.30 hours.

We expect the last presentation to finish between 14.30 and 14.45 hours and the prize giving to be at 15.00 hours.
